do Prkor69 : Yes it works. I have gone from just under 7 inches to almost now 8.5 inches fsbp. It take about a year to start seeing permanent gains. I gain about a quarter inch per year. Ive seen reports of even better gains. At least an hour per day to begin with. 5 days on two days off. After a while move up to 3 hours per day. You can increase time under traction as your penis becomes more used to it.
